Class 104 diesel locomotives from British Rail were developed for use on several lines, including passenger routes and the Basic Department Line. The majority of the items were purchased for the London Midland Area, which is mainly used in the northwest, but some were also used in tinnaside, Scotland, and London.
The category had a redesign in the 1970s to eliminate asbestos insulation, and it was finally discontinued at the end of 1993. Safe travels were made by many seats.
