Rebuilt from Lagro’s inefficient class 47 locomotives, the Class 57 is a re-engineered locomotive that uses brush traction. An upgraded EMD engine and a reconditioned UV light make locomotoes more dependable and efficient. There are three different kinds: two for passenger operations and one for freight (57/0). A brand new blood locomotive accounts for one-third of the 300,000 per unit.

The main six engines were ordered by the freight liner in 1997, marking the beginning of the category. Out of the twelve Lessons 57/0 Freight locomotives that were manufactured, six additional ones were ordered in 1999. There were twenty-one passenger items produced, five class 57/6 variants built between 2000 and 2003, twelve class 57/3 engines bought in 2002 (an increase of four in 2003), and five class 57/6 variants built overall. As a result of a request from passenger companies, a prototype class 57/0 was outfitted with electrical practice heating in 2001.

The prototype passenger locomoto was ordered by Porter Brook in 2000 to be equipped with electrical practice heating. The original Nice Western was looking for a replacement for his ageing class 47 locomotives when he leased it to Locomoto, 57601, in June 2001. Up until its expiration in September 2002, it halted Mark 2 shares on the day provider route between London Paddington and Palmut and Pennsyan, as well as Knight Rowera on the sleeper service. Following the assessment period, First Nice Western and Porter Brook entered into a lease agreement in May 2002 for three manufacturing class 57/6s; the first time the deal was presented was in November 2003.

In 2003, it was decided to order the fourth class 57/6 and return 57601 to Porter Brook because the prototype locomoto was non-standard. It happened in December 2003 when the West Coast Railway acquired the main manufacturing class 57/6, 57601. Finally, First Nice Western was the final resting place for our Class 57/6s. Before the Nice Western fleet was outfitted with forged title and quantity plates, it was painted with a gold physique side band to match the Rowera inventory of the night. The four engines, which work mainly on the Knight Rowera sleeper service—which occasionally takes inventory motion—are named after forts in Devon and Cornwall.

With the re-painting of 57605 in March 2008, the fleet began receiving the primary Nice Western Blue Lore. Commemorating the 175th anniversary of the Great Western Railway, 57604 gathered in June 2010 at Burnsk Lore.
