Pulled out some of my oldest cars today ones i bought cheap at a swap meet years back still roll smooth. After all this time wheels might be a little rough and the couplers not perfect but they keep running without much fuss. I kinda like the beat up look makes the train feel worked in.
Keep old stock in regular service instead of just displaying it?
