I’ve been eyeing the new Woodland Scenics static grass applicator, but I’m not sure if it’s worth swapping out my old budget one. Mine still works fine, so I’m wondering if the new version is really that much better. The promo videos make it look like the grass stands perfectly every time… but we all know how that goes.
If you’ve used it, how’s it actually perform day-to-day? Does it make the job faster, or is it just a bit smoother to work with? And what about longer fibers—does it handle those nicely, or is it happier with the short ones?
I’d rather hear from people who’ve used it on a decent-sized area, not just a quick test patch. Real feedback beats marketing every time.
