Playing around with my camera and every time I try to take photos of my layout it turns out looking rather fake or excessively clean. It looks like a model right away. I’ve tried many perspectives, even bending far down, yet the lighting still doesn’t feel right.

Anybody else experience this? Do you use your phone or a real camera?
Any ideas for making the images seem more realistic without spending hours arranging everything?
Just want to catch trains parked or in motion and give it a natural feel.
