I recently attended the Great Model Railway Challenge Virtual Meetup, and it was fantastic—layout showcases, expert Q&As, and even live demos! Another must-see is the NMRA X Virtual Convention—they host a variety of clinics and layout tours, all streamed live and later available on YouTube.
I’ve also joined a few local club Zoom meetups where we shared layout progress and even did “virtual ops sessions.” It’s a great way to stay engaged and inspired, even if we’re miles apart.
