Think of it like a patchwork town—we each create a small scene: a structure, vehicle, figure vignette, track module, or quirky detail—and together it forms a complete, living diorama. Could be digital mock-ups, photo collages, or even physical builds we swap by mail!
We can vote on a loose theme (1940s small-town America? Modern European commuter hub? Industrial port scene?) and then start planning out sections.
