One signal I’d add: “Approach with Caution” — if someone shares something personal or a work-in-progress, respond with encouragement before critique. Constructive feedback is welcome, but let’s keep it kind and thoughtful.

Also: “Clear Track Ahead” — when you see a great post, boost it! A quick “like” or thoughtful reply can really motivate someone to keep sharing.
